Seance Tables
The Seance table is very essential if you are living in a haunted house. It will help you to train your medium skills. It will provide your sim with various moodlets at level one of the medium skill.
If you are living in a haunted house residential lot, then you can reveal how haunted is your house by choosing to sense the spiritual volatility. You can also make your house less haunted by performing a ceremony on the Seance table. Doing this will give your sim a confident moodlet.
Keep in mind that your Sims energy will drop fast while performing these ceremonies. You can host Seances with other Sims at level two of the medium skill and you can summon Invoke the Dead and Bone Hilda at level three of the medium skill. Invoke the Dead will summon ghosts to your lot. Bone Hild will clean your house, hang out with you, and cook food for you.
You can perform a ghastly ritual at level four of the medium skill. It will turn you into a ghost for four hours. At level five, you can create a seance circle anywhere on the ground and your sim won’t lose energy as fast. It will also increase your chance of successful interactions with specters.
Helping Hang
Helping Hang will have two key features if you are living in a haunted house residential lot. It will pop up Guildry the Ghost every night. If you don’t want him to appear, then you can use the helping hand to disable it.
You can also interact with it to Enable Heroic Mode. It will double the satisfaction points and make your haunted house more volatile and worse. But Helping Hang is just a cosmetic if you’re not living in a haunted house residential lot.
Unassuming Candy Jar
You can obtain the unassuming candy jar as a reciprocal gift from the specters. Click on the jar and select the Eat Forbidden Candy option to get a plus two energized moodlet for three hours.
During these three hours, your Sim’s energy needs will slowly replenish. and it will be very useful. Keep in mind that you can only eat one forbidden candy per day.
Soul Scraps
You can also obtain Soul scraps as a reciprocal gift from specters. You need to select the option Absorb Soul Scrap to reduce your Sim’s age and remove all the sad moodlets.
Specter Sips
Specter Sips comes in three different variations; silver, bronze, and gold goblet. You can obtain them by giving specters gifts. It will gain a skill level of your sim and also give them experience in a random skill. You can also sell it to the Odity collector to earn some simoleons.
Bonus Objects
There are some bonus objects like the Spectre Buddies jars and Hello Daria Dolls. You can obtain them by completing gigs in the freelance Paranormal Investigator career. You can talk to the dolls to remove the scared moodlets of your sim.
