This guide will explain why you should Flag Juggle in Halo Infinite.
Flag juggling when utilized with slide jumps is very efficient for transportation. It also constantly allows you to use your weapon if an enemy is nearby (after each juggle).
Flag juggling can save up to 3 seconds worth of time compared to sprinting; it is specifically for Bazaar. Other maps like Behemoth will save even more time as more slopes slide down.
Walking with the flag is also not the worst idea as you are open to enemies; sprinting and juggling with the flag will reveal you to all enemies. Walking is for specific scenarios and maps, though.
