Here are some tips that can help you out.

The most important one is this.

When you are mid air, you have to rotate the camera in the direction of the obstacle path.

This one can be jumped without touching the yellow pole.

After that, jump, rotate, jump, rotate.

It is the hardest part, but the same as before applies. You need to work quickly with the camera.

Then you have to straight for the checkpoint.

Last jump can be timed better, but you should have time even with the grabbing slowdown.
