Step 2: Until the event finally starts, talk to Gulliver over and over.

Step 3: On the beach, find the 5 Communicator parts.

When you dig in the sand where water is spouting out.

You'll be able to find the parts you need.

Step 4: The next day you return the 5 parts to Gullver.

In the mail, you'll get your reward.
