Go to this location in Saint Denis.
The exit horse is looking cool.
You have to go south a bit and look at park benches.
That is Tilly Jackson sitting on a bench.
She will sit there doing her nails forever.
The only time she disappears is if it rains.
You have to walk near Tilly Jackson to start cutscene.
Her trolley disappears after cutscene.
You can't shoot her (grayed out dot).
Don't throw dynamite or she disappears.
Reload and go to the same spot near her.
You need to make sure you have dynamite left.
Position yourself near the tunnel across street.
Go into the tunnel and turn right upstairs.
You have to shoot a gun to make noise here.
Quickly put away the gun and go towards Tilly.
She disappears on a witness or wanted sign.
You need to place dynamite on the right side of bench.
Quickly put away dynamite and run back.
Mini-map shows witnesses and lawmen.
You have to move around and keep out of their sight.
After the witness or wanted cleared, go out.
Verify dynamite is still on the bench.
Dynamite Despawns after a certain time.
If it despawns, redo previous steps.
Now you need to get Tilly to spawn again.
Go far enough away to get her to spawn.
Once she is back, quickly shoot dynamite.
Tilly starts running, hurrying and ride horse.
Follow Tilly with horse, she runs real fast.
You need to keep following Tilly, she sometimes stops.
Eventually the wanted will clear.
Tilly is now running to John's ranch.
You can now talk to Tilly (no response).
Later, she does talk back.
She thinks you are Arthur (missing Dialogs).
Some general dialogs exist, some don't.
She is immortal, gets back up after falling.
More regular dialogs from Tilly.
She is now very close to John's ranch.
Tilly stops at the gate of John's ranch.
You can't lasso Tilly.
Point gun at Tilly for responses.
More regular conversations.
Tilly is Immune to fire and dynamite.
Tilly will disappear if you travel far away.
