Shooting bell clapper makes the bell ring!
You need to check 2nd floor (just to be complete).
Restart, and go south to the crashed plane.
Go inside a typical room from the balcony.

You need to examine the map area below.
Look inside unfinished buildings.
And continue southwest out of the map.

After that, go south out of the map until land ends.

Restart, this time go north out of the map.
