You have to follow the road by swimming.

And swim over the town as shown.

You will see the town exposed during the pause.

You need to continue swimming to the hut as shown in the image below.

The hut has no opening to go inside.

Verify that cars can’t get near the wall.

You have to get 2 motorcycles next to the walls.

Park both bikes on the next wall.

You need to park both bikes as shown exactly.

Hold O (exit) to create the black hole.

Move the bike a bit, and repeat.

Success! you are inside the room now.
