First, you will need to get a loaded stock of armor and snacks.
After that, you have to arrive at the construction site where the helicopter is located.
Fly it over to mount Chiliad and then you’ll have to land at the entrance and go on over the yellow circle.
Once inside, you have to turn on the flashlight, move forward and you’ll find the broken circuit board.
Now your task is to find the fuses by trying different locations.
And when you find those fuses, head back to the power breaker and place them to bring the power back online.
After that, go all the way up to the facility where servers are located and then hack each of the servers with your phone.
After the second server is hacked, the juggernaut will spawn. You have to jump from server to server while destroying them with explosives.
At the fourth and final server, you have to take the cover of the wall and keep on taking out the enemies with your rocket launcher. It takes two direct explosives to kill the juggernauts.
After hacking the final server, make your way to the entrance, it is recommended to go to the following location and take out this guy with grenades
After that, jump down so you’ll avoid all the juggernauts. When you are at the red double door, you just have to take out the androids. 
Once you have made it through the main room area, you need to be careful of the enemy in the halls and use the grenade for him.
Then you have to take out the two juggernauts in the hallway.
And when you are outside, there will be a helicopter shooting at you, you need to destroy iy with the machine gun.
And jump off before the other helicopter comes around.
You will need to land safely and get a car.
And make your way to the satellite dishes while killing a lot of androids along the way.
Your mission will be completed once you reach there.
