Now you will need to go south.

Go west and south, outside West Elizabeth.

When you are far south, snipers will try to shoot you.

And you have to go north until not shot at, then west.

Go west and south,left of water area.

You can go through the mountain left here.

Now you will need to go south east to river.

Go north and cross river at the narrow point.

You will reach in the Mexico.

After getting there, you will need to go northeast following San Luis River.

Examine the map and go south.

Visit arch.

And then climb up the Arch.

After that, you have to go north east to El Presidio.

And then start exploring El Presidio.

And explore the 2nd floor of El Presidio.
