You will need soul and items and then match the threshold required. If you need three oranges, make a soul and ensure you’ve got three oranges without having any thresholds in the other one. If you add a soul up to three or four ingredients, you only need three, so start with three slots to make the tier three units. You need higher-quality ingredients, but if you want to make it a bit easier, you can get the fourth slot by going into your Grimoire and navigating to The Necromancer Tab. After that, complete the final challenge to get the soul well and build the song inside your Tower. It will give you an initial stack slot and get the fourth ingredient for Necromancer.
If it says tier one, you need a tier one Soul, tier two needs a tier two soul, and tier three needs a tier three soul. Now you need three oranges to make these Skeleton Warriors and a tier-one soul. Draugr Giant is nine purple, and Blood Golem will be six purple and three blue. The Vampire will need six blue and three purple, while the Inspectors are nine blue. Lich needs three blue, three purple, and three orange; they can summon dead stuff.
