S Tier Characters
S Tier characters are often some of the best options available to players.

A Tier Characters
A Tier characters are considered one level below the S Tier characters in a tier list but are still very effective within the game.
Handsome Jack, Scooter, and Krieg.
B Tier Characters
B Tier characters are typically solid choices but come with more notable limitations or are less powerful.
Maya, Gaige, Tiny Tina, Wilhelm, and Dr. Zed.
C Tier Characters
C Tier characters are typically less effective, or more limited in their capabilities compared to characters in higher tiers.
Bloodwing, Axton, Mad Moxxi, Ellie, and Bad Maw.
D Tier Characters
The D Tier characters are not as dominant as those in the upper tiers.
Captain Flynt, Boom and Bewm, Flesh-Stick, and Face McShooty.
E Tier Characters
E Tier characters are generally considered the game’s weakest or least effective characters.
