Missable Trophy #1
You can unlock this trophy during the OG Loc’s mission Madd Dogg’s Rhymes, available after completing Life’s a Beach.
You must remember to save the game manually at your safehouse before starting the mission.
Madd Dogg’s Rhymes

To unlock this trophy, you need to stealth kill all the guards at madd dogg’s mansion.
You will need to crouch down and lock on to the guard, then sneak up on him and perform a knife strike as soon as CJ lifts the knife above his head.
Make sure to go behind the guards without bumping into them.
You have to reload the autosave or manual save game if you alert the enemies.
You will need to wait for this guard to turn around before entering the room.
You can kill these two guards later.
You will need to wait in this dark spot for the next guard.
Now you can use the silenced pistol to kill the rest of the guard.
Only headshots will count as stealth kills, so you have to take your time to aim at their heads before shooting.
After that, wait here for the next guard to turn around.
The trophy will pop up as soon as you leave the mansion. If the notification doesn’t appear, you have to reload the last saved game.
Missable Trophy #2
You can unlock this trophy during the jizzy B’s mission Mike Toreno, available after completing T-Bone Mendez.
Remember to save the game manually at your safehouse before starting the mission.
To unlock this trophy, you have to ignore the mission’s marked points and head directly to the San Fierro airport as soon as the same mission starts.
The trophy will pop up as soon as you go through the airport gates. If the notification doesn’t appear, you will need to reload the last saved game.
Missable Trophy #3
You can unlock this trophy during the truth’s mission black project, available after completing stowaway for Mike Tereno.
Black protect
Remember to save the game manually at your safehouse before starting the mission.
To unlock this trophy, you must avoid setting off the alarm and breaking into the underground area by opening the blast doors.
You will have a knife, a silenced pistol, and a sniper rifle for this mission.
You will need to eliminate all soldiers from a distance with the sniper rifle.
If a searchlight spots you, the blast doors will not open, and you will have to restart the checkpoint or reload a saved game.
If a searchlight spots you, the blast door will not open. Now you have to shoot the two searchlights pointed at the control center.
If you stay in a searchlight for too long or shoot more than two out, the alarm will go off.
The next thing you will need to do is wait for the searchlight to move away from your direction and then go towards the underground.
