If you start the game and the cutscene didn’t start automatically then you have to go to Europa and navigate to the Hierarchy Arena on the top left side. You need to travel to this arena and start the mission. In the first part of the Mission, you will be in the line of sight and you will get damaged if you stay in it for too long. You have to break the line of sight to reset the timer.
After getting into the room, you need to kill all the enemies and a path will open up on the right side. Follow the quest marker and go toward Clovis. Now you have to eliminate a huge number of enemies there.
After that, follow the path on the left side and drop down there. You will be able to pick up free heavy ammo there. You have to kill the enemies there and the chain will get removed from the door.
Head inside this room and kill all the enemies out there. After that, speak with Clovis and turn his security protocols back on. Then you need to talk to the big head structure.
You will find that Clovis is not inside this big head. After that, you have to make your way to the Helm and follow the path down, it will be the hub of this season. You need to interact with the EXO frame and you will get the seasonal artifact, Seraph Cipher. You will get the Seraph weapon for this season.
