In this guide, you will go through all the different mounts in this game. You must get a Broom, Hippogriff, Thestral, and Graphorn flying mounts.
1. Broom Flying Mount
First, you will need to go to the Gear tab and find three broom upgrades at the bottom right side of the screen.
One thing that requires the most concentration is the different styles you have in the broom, such as a silver arrow.
Now go into the Hogsmeade and head to the lb shop and talk to him, and you need to buy Hogwarts house broom again, which will cost you 600 golds. Once you buy it, you will find that his stock is empty, but at some point, it refills itself.
Return to the Gear tab and find a broom; the newly bought broom will be added to the collection. You should be careful not to purchase the broom repeatedly as it is a waste of gold. There are numerous different appearances with different stats. You will receive three random upgrades for your broom that make it faster; it essentially recovers the stamina faster. These brooms will be unlocked as you progress through the game.
You can fly using the broom across Hogwarts, but you cannot in Hogsmeade. There is the addition of a few areas where flying is prohibited, you may have seen a symbol on your HUD showing that this area is prohibited for flying. Depending on the upgradation of the broom, you may see that there is a glow to the yellow bar, which may be called the stamina bar; provided you have not flown so high in the air, then you will have unlimited boosts.
Another best thing about the broom is when you land quickly and dive into the water, it does not bother which place you are in the water. Press your left bumper and tap on B to mount your broom directly from the water and fly again.
2. Hippogriff flying mount
Now you need to go to hippogriff, which unlocks halfway through the game; you must complete the main story quest, which is known as high keep. After that, open your potion and pres ‘Y‘ to get a high wing.
The high wing is such an excellent thing; you may run across it while there is no need to fly. However, when you get to fly, it looks so scenic to travel the world through a magical hippogriff, the second mount.
There is another hippogriff mount which is called a colego. It is a black adaptation of the previous hippogriff, and it is not sure whether it comes in the standard or deluxe version of the game, but it is present in the pre-order. It is the replica of the high wing with just the black adaptation of it. This is the super thing to fly across the wind, and it is built into the pre-order of the game, as mentioned above.
3. Thestral flying mount
The third mount of the game is the thestral flying mount, and it is embedded whether buying the digital deluxe version of the game or you may separately purchase the dark hearts pack, which is bargain solely. It is a thestral called sepulchria, identical to the hippogriff, same as the flying mount, but very beautiful to see. It can be only witnessed by those who have tasted death. They are very refreshing to see flying across the water. However, you can get it by purchasing a dark hearts pack sold separately, or you have a deluxe version of the game, as mentioned already. Like the hippogriff, this mount can be achieved by completing the high-keep main store request.
4. Graphorn ground mount
Now you must summon the king of the shore, called big old graphorn. It is an amazing gigantic beast, and you can ram opponents and assassin them like you can have complete command of this thing, as he often gets extremely mad then it moves around like a real monster. It was unlocked very belated in the game. Using the graphorn, you cannot alter which one you are using. So if you are utilizing the lord of the shore and get a shiny graphorn, you may not alter the mount, so you must ride the lord of the shore. Such as, with a high wing, if you move and get a shiny hippogriff, you cannot alter it, and the same goes with the testral; it always has to be high wing colego, sepulchria, and then with graphorn, which is the lord of the shore. You have ground mount, broom, and flying mounts, which are fun. However, for the graphorn, it is assumed to be a little irritating as it is a very cool mount, but you cannot unlock it until the very late part of the game, which is two main story quests before the end of the story. It is very disappointing as you cannot get it earlier and have fun riding around and enjoying killing your opponents.
