In this guide, you will find how to add Top Surgery Scars in The Sims 4. You just have to follow the simple steps below to do so.
First, you will need to make sure that you have a mirror, then go to the Body category and tap on Body Scars.
You can choose any Body Scar you want and then hit the Tick button at the bottom right side of the screen.
