This guide will let you know how to carry two infants at the same time in The Sims 4 (Growing Together). You can carry two infants at the same time.
You will need to click on the first infant and tap on More Choices. Choose the “Baby Care” option and click the “Put (Name) in Back Carrier” option. In this way, you will put the first infant in your back carrier.
After that, tap on the second infant, choose the “Pick Up” option and your sim will carry them.
You can click on two little circles at the bottom left corner if you want to stop holding them.
