If your sim is holding an infant
The first thing you will need to do is make sure that your sim is holding an infant and then click on the adult sim to control him. After that, tap on your infant and choose the “Put (Name) in Back Carrier” option.
If your infant is sitting down
If your infant is sitting down, then you have to click on the infant sim while controlling another sim. After that, tap on More Choices, choose the “Baby Care” option and click the “Put (Name) in Back Carrier” option. Your sim will carry the infant on their back carrier.
Take your infant out of the back carrier
Now to take your infant out of the back carrier, click the infant sim and choose the “Take (Name) out of Back Carrier” option.
