This guide will tell you how to Change Difficulty in F1 22 (CAREER MODE).
You have to boot up your game and then go to career from the top of your home screen. After that, click on Create a new career, select the career type, and then select the driver and its level. Now you have to choose the season type, then go to custom settings and select simulation settings. There, you can set the A1 difficulty level.
After that, go back to the home screen and start the driver career. Once the page loads up, you have to press the menu button on your PS or on your Xbox. In case you are on PC, then you need to press the escape button and click on the settings. Go to simulation settings and set the A1 difficulty level.
