First, you have to boot up your game and press the options button to open up the menu. After that, click on settings at the top of that menu and access the accessibility menu. Then you need to press the Triangle button.
From the accessibility menu, you have to click on all accessibility settings and then click on Color Customization. There, you can apply a color filter, you have to set the color filter target to both and set the HUD color palette if you are color-blind.
