You must press the Triangle or the Y button to open up the little wheel to select your different attachments using a direction and the D-pad. If you want to change the weapon, press Options and tab over to Classes using R1.
You can press the R2 button to change the classes, choose the character and then go to the weapon. You can change the weapon to any gun, then go to the Secondary and choose the one you want.
After equipping the gun, press an X on it and you can customize the wheel. Just go to open weapon slots and choose it with X and add the attachment to the slot. You can move it by pressing the Square button, and you can also go to the R1 button to customize the camel for the weapon. Press R2 to go to the charms.
