These hot spots appear after the story mission, where you unlock your ancient magic. So you need to start the mission by going to the ancient magic Hot Spot, interacting with it, and you will find spiritual lines coming out of it.
These points of ancient magic are inside the building; they’re usually inside a building or a puzzling platform. Just head to the glowing collection, pick it up and then you have to complete all of them in the area.
You can use your Revelio, and it will show you fruit walls. You can also go back to the start of the mission, and you will find spiritual lines so that you can find the hotspots. After finding all of them, the ancient magic hotspot challenge will be completed.
