You have to press the Options button and then go to the channels. Now you can go to the game chat channel or press the triangle button to create a channel. You need to enter the name of the channel as it will be a private channel and you can invite your friends to this channel. Because of this, you can’t hear the people because you might be in your channel and the people you want to talk with are in the party channel. If you want to connect to your channel, then you have to select your channel and press the Square button.
After that, press X as it will bring you to the page where you can invite your friends. Click on invite to channel as it will bring up the invite page and you can invite your friends to this channel.
If you want to communicate with your friends, then you have to click on the messages. Here you will see all your chat messages. After that, go to the settings and you can set your channel privacy, you can also edit the name of your channel, and also you can invite other players to your channel. You can also leave the channel from here.
