The first thing you will need to do is open your browser and go to ubisoft.com. After that, click on your user Id in the top right corner of your screen, then scroll down, and click on Account Management.
On the account management page, you have to click on the account information, then scroll down, and click on “Close your Ubisoft Account.” After that. go through the statement and then checkmark “I’ve have read the above…” and then click on “Close my account.”
