First, you will need to go to the match selection screen and select any character, let’s say, Randy Orton. After that, go to Edit Payback and choose Low Blow.
Now once you’re in the match, you need to make sure two blue bars are full. You can do this by keep attacking your opponent and then you can do the Low Blow. If it’s a normal match, then attack the referee first as you don’t want him to see you. Hit the right stick on Xbox and PlayStation and C on PC to attack the referee and then Target back to the opponent. After that, do the low blow by pressing Y and RT on Xbox, Triangle, and R2 on PlayStation. Press space and I if you are on PC.
