This guide will tell you how to find any character in Fire Emblem Engage.
If you’re doing this for support or bond conversations, then you need to open up the menu, go to the reference, and you can make all the conversations.
But if you want to give someone a ring, you need to speak to them in person. Press the X button to open up the insomnia map, and it will bring up a list of all the locations. After that, scroll down each of the locations, and you will find the characters at those locations. If the character you’re looking for is not there, then head into your room and have some rest on the bed. It will change the time insomnia and refreshes the positions of the NPCs. Do this a few times to get someone specific.
