You need to set the preferred SPU threads to 1.

Then come under the Shader mode on the right side of your screen and select Async. After that, navigate under the Additional settings, and select V-Sync.

You need to go to the Advanced tab and under Core, you have to make sure that the accurate DFMA and PPU vectors both are selected. After that, navigate under the GPU on the right side, and make sure that the Read Depth Buffer and Write Depth Buffer is selected. You also have to set the driver wakeup delay at 200 and then set the maximum number of SPURS threads to unlimited. After doing all these settings, you need to click on Apply and then tap on Save the Custom Configuration.

After this, right-click on the desktop and open the NVidia control panel. On the top left side, you have to click on the “Adjust image settings with preview”, use the advanced 3D image settings that have been selected and then click on Apply.

Now head to Manage 3D settings, then go to the Global settings and scroll all the way down to Open GL rendering GPU. Set it to your NVidia Graphics card, it will raise your idle clock slightly and also can help to solve the stuttering issues inside of the game. You have to set the Open Render GPU should to your GPU and set the preferred refresh rate to the highest. After that, scroll down to anisotropic optimization and enable this. You need to allow Negative lod Bois and set the texture filtering quality to high performance. Try linear optimization to threaded optimization and then click on Apply.

After this, press the Windows button on the bottom left side of your window and then write “ms config” in the search bar. In the system configuration, you have to go to the boot tab from the top and then click on advanced options under the boot tab. You need to uncheck the maximum memory option and the number of processors. After that, click on OK, then tap on Apply and restart your PC.
