1- First, you have to go to the home screen of your PlayStation and click on the settings button on the right side of your screen. After that, click on Network, click on settings, and then go Set Up Internet Connection.
2- You have to choose the internet connection to which you are connected. After selecting it, you need to press options on it, and then from the pop-up menu, click on advanced settings.
Now you have to go to the DNS settings and then set this to manual. Now you need to set the primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and set the secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4. Set the MTU settings to manual and set MTU to 1472.
3- After that, go back, click on test your internet connection, and tap on start test. If there occurs a problem connecting to your interment, then you have to reset your modem and leave it unplugged for at least one minute.
