- First, open the settings menu on your device and go to the General settings. After that, navigate to TV and Display Options.
- Check the Resolution setting and if it’s locked, you need to proceed to the Advance settings.
- Go to Video Fidelity and Overscan, look for Display settings, and select Overrides Auto Detect.
