This guide will let you know how to get Odd Jobs (Work When You Want) in The Sims 4.
1. The Sims 4’s Odd Jobs are a great option if you want to earn some extra Simoleons, but don’t want to dedicate your life to your job. You’ll meet new people and receive new relationships, even if work isn’t your top priority. You have to click on the phone icon at the bottom left corner and choose a business option from the Menu.
2. After that, click on Find Odd jobs.
3. Odd Jobs that start with “ASAP” mean that the sims will leave their homes as soon as the job begins. They’ll only return once it’s finished.
4. Jobs that say “needed by” in Sims 4 mean that the sim will need to do something from their home or go somewhere else at the given time! Some odd jobs require specific skills, while others don’t!
5. First, you will need to go for an odd job that says ASAP. In the career tab, you will find the time that your odd job starts and the skill required (if any). Your sim will leave and come back like a typical job.
6. Now let’s look for an odd job that has a “needed by” feature. Remember each sim is given a star rating out of five and the more they work, the higher their star rating will be. The more high-star-rated sims you have, the more jobs they can do!
7. In the career tab, you will find the skill required (if any) and tasks your sim is required to do in order to complete the odd job.
