You will get a side quest side quest when you are in lower Hogfield; it will lead you on a little journey to a goblin Camp; you need to defeat them to get Arn’s carts back for him. After that, go to Arn and tell him that you’ve got the carts back, then he will turn into a vendor and sell you the Silver Arrow broom. If you leave it too long and haven’t purchased the broom, it will cost you 5,000 gold. Arn will disappear if you don’t purchase it after a little while.
