You will find your hit points at the bottom left side of the screen that will heal over time as long as you’re not in combat. You will need to approach an animal as they’re easy to kill. Feed it to fill up your orb at the bottom. After that, hold control to switch to your Blood Mend, it will spend the blood that you’ve gained in that orbit in the center to fill up your HP.
Your HP will drop if the blood in the center runs out. So make sure you don’t want to heal too much and don’t worry too much about the blood type. You will never die if you’re just running around getting mats because you just need to hit a deer, feed on them, blood mend, and then repeat.
