Initially, it would help if you fed yourself and have a Well Nourished buff; it is very slow but will heal.
You can make bandages, either. To make a bandage, you are required to have a workbench, and to make a workbench, you must create a building hammer and keep it in your hot bar. Pressing right-click will enable you to make a workbench.
Move toward the workbench and then press F to utilize it. You will get your simple bandage from it.
It will heal 30 damage in 10 seconds. It can be put in your hot bar. So you can use it instantly by only pressing a button during combat. So, that is how you can heal yourself while playing Smalland.
