1. The first thing you will need to do is download the Glowing Palms Mod from “https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/glowing-palms“. Open the link and click on the green download arrow icon for the current version under the ‘All Versions’ section to download the mod.

2. You will require an Open IV archive manager, which you can download from “https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv“. Also, create a mods folder in your GTAV directory for this mod to work. Once you have downloaded the required files, you have to go to the downloads folder to install them.

3. Open the Open IV application and enable the Edit mode.

4. Now open the Glowing Palms mod downloaded file from the downloads folder using the Winrar archiver and drag the OIV package from it into the Open IV Editor.

5. A package installer window will open where you need to click on the Install button and then select the mods folder option. Finally, click on the Install (Confirm Installation) and wait for the mod to install.

6. After that, close all the archives and run the game through Epic Launcher. You will get to see all the palm trees glowing in the game.
