2. You have to download Open IV from “https://openiv.com/“. Then go to the downloads folder and open the white LED street lights mod file. On the other hand, go to the GTAV main directory and find the mods folder here. If you don’t find it, then you need to create an empty folder and name it mods.
3. After that, open “Open IV” and press the Edit Mode button at the top right to enable it.
4. Now open up the White LED street lights folder and you will get two folders “MAIN” and “OPTIONALS” inside it.
5. After that, go inside the main folder and you will find the different colors to choose from. In this case, it’s green.
6. Now open the folder and inside it, you will find the necessary files to be transferred to Open IV mods.
7. After that, navigate to the Open IV directory: mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5. And paste the lodlights RPF file into this directory.
8. Once it’s done, you need to click on the file at the top left corner and select ‘Close all archives.
9. After that, move the V Traffic lights archive to the destination location in Open IV. Now again within Open IV go to GTA V > X64h.rpf (Once you select that you will get a red banner, click on Show in the “mods” folder) > levels > gta5 > props > roadside. Now paste the v_traffic_lights.rpf file from the downloaded mod file into this directory. Then again select Close all archives.
10. Now let’s run the game. Once you spawn into the game, you will immediately see your chosen color on the street and traffic lights.
