“Shipyards Unlocked” is a Starfield mod that gives you access to all vendor shipbuilding components. It also gives you access to ship parts from space stations. This mod only unlocks components that are sold by vendors. It does not unlock all parts.
To install the Shipyards Unlocked mod in Starfield, follow these simple steps:
- First, download the Shipyards Unlocked mod from the Nexus site. (You might need to create an account if you don’t have one).
- After downloading the mod file, you’ll need to paste the text files into the Starfield game directory.
Starfield location:
Local Disk (C:) > Users > Documents > My Games > Starfield
Starfield location (Steam):
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Starfield\
Note: You’ll have to overwrite the files in case of any duplicate files.
For Game Pass Version (Xbox Game Pass):
- Find the “Content” folder in your game directory.
Starfield location (Xbox):
XboxGames > Starfield > Content.
- Put the .txt files in this “Content” folder.
Make sure not to place the .txt files in the “Data” folder (steamapps\common\Starfield\Data) or the “Documents” folder to ensure correct installation.
Alternatively, you can also auto-install the mod by using Vortex mod manager.
That’s it! Your mod is now installed. You can try it out by launching the game.
