To make Custom Missions, you must install the Menyoo PC mode and then create a mission story in your mind. Press F8 on your keyboard to open the menyoo, navigate to Object Spooner, and tap on Spawn Entity into World. Go to Ped, and you can spawn any ped you want. Afterward, go to the Ped option and hand over any weapon to him.
After that, go to Task Sequence, tap Add New, and you will find different sequences to bring into the game. Now if you want the ped to get into the car, you must choose the Enter Vehicle sequence. Select the vehicle and add it to the database so he can enter it.
If you want that ped to start firing, go to the ped options and select Shoot at Entity. Then go to the Shoot at Entity task, select Self, and he will start firing at you.
Once you add three or four peds, you will find an option to Edit Multiple Entities Simultaneously. Tap on it, select All and then start the sequence with all these peds.
You can also spawn different vehicles there. It all depends on what story mission you have in your mind.
