- You will need to press the Options button, then scroll down and select Manage Files.
Since everything is now under the Call of Duty HQ, all installed games should be displayed there. - Press X on the game you want to manage e.g., Modern Warfare 3. You can choose to install the multiplayer or the campaign, or specifically uninstall the campaign.
