The first thing you will need to do is go close to the door, and it will give you the option on the screen which says to press square to open the door. To peek through the door, you have to aim downside then the option changes to peek door.
If you press square, the door will open slightly. If you want to open the door more, then you have to move through the door slowly. After opening the door, you can press square again to close the door.
