1- First of all, you have to open your web browser and go to steampower.com. After that, click on the Install steam button on the top right corner of your screen as it will take you to a new page. You have to click on Install Steam and the Steam setup file will start downloading.
2- After that, click on the open file and then you have to install steam. Once the installation process completes, you need to login into Steam and if you don’t have a Steam account, then you can click on create new. Otherwise, click on login using an existing account.
3- Now you need to launch Steam and then click on the big picture mod on the top right corner of your screen. Go to settings, navigate to controller settings and you will find a lot of different options there. Now you have to connect your controller to your system and you will find your controller under the detected controller. Then you have to checkmark the Xbox configuration support. In this list, you will get the options for different controllers, you can select the option according to which controller are you using. You can also checkmark the Xbox extended feature support as this is for the elite controllers.
4- After this, exit the big picture mod and click on Games on the top of Steam. Then you have to click on add a non-steam library, scroll down until you find Rockstar game, then select it, and then click on add. After that, go to Steam library, select Rockstar games and click on Play.
