You can find the treasure map in the south towards the last area in the southeast. There will be a small catacomb-like structure on top of a hill.
You can use any fire spell to light the Brazier, then the statue will turn around and reveal a secret entrance.
After that, get inside, defeat the boss, and grab the chest. You will get the treasure map and then you need to go to the Tome of treachery which is at the core central part of the map when the northwest and the southwest merge.
Head to the end of the Tomb and you’ll come across the final part of the map which is the puzzle. You have to get the Flipendo spell and you will find the stones on the floor. You need to fit the bottom left one, flip the bottom right one, and then flip the top middle one. It will reveal the chest and solve the treasure map.
