This brief guide will show you how you can train your dog to sit, shake hands, speak, etc., in sims 4.
1. First, you will need to click on your dog, choose to go into More Choices, and then select the Training option.
2. Then you can choose a move you want to teach your dog. For example, select the Lie-down move and try to train your dog with signals. Sometimes your dog may not listen to your commands, but eventually, he will learn them.
3. Your sim will get a new skill called “Pet Training” when you train some moves to your pet. You can also level up your skill by training your pets.
4. Once your level increases to 2 for the pet trainer, you can teach new moves like shaking hands, playing dead, heel, roll over, etc.
5. Your pet can learn the moves through your training, and you can confirm if he learned something by waiting for the message at the top right corner.
6. Now when you click on your dog, a new option, “Trained Commands” will be shown to you where you can select the moves you have already taught to your dog. Your dog will perform the move upon your selection.
