You will need to boot up your game on PS4 and then click on Upload Save Data on the home screen of the game. You can upload data to no limit but you have to upload the data one by one.
After this, go to the PS5 version of the game and then boot your game. For this, you have to switch to PS5. When the game is about to start, it will give you a pop-up notification about the additional data, so you have to click on Yes.
