This guide will show you how to Turn OFF Text to Speech & Narrator on PS5. You have to follow the step-by-step instructions to turn it off.
First, boot up your PS5 and click on the settings button at the top right corner of the screen. Then go to Accessibility and select Screen Reader from the left side of the screen. Ensure that it is turned OFF.
After this, go back to the settings page and scroll until you find Captures and Broadcasts. Select Broadcast from the left side of the screen and then select Chat To Speech. Make sure the Convert Broadcast Chat To Speech is turned OFF on this page.
