First, you have to boot up your game and press the Options button on your home screen. After that, select the bell icon which is the notification icon on the top, and then press the triangle button for the filter.
It will open the notification filter menu. From this, you can select from whom you want to receive the notifications. If you want to stop notifications from random people, then you have to set this filter to friends.
After this, go back and press the R3 button to open the notifications settings. You can snooze the notification until the time you choose. You can also stop receiving notifications by turning off them from the field.
