It will be really helpful if you have a friend. You will need to make your way to the freak shop and make sure that you have unlocked the asset lab. You also need to ensure that you can customize your MTL Brigade and the delivery bike. You have to go to Mutt and perform one minor customization of your acid Lab. After that, customize the delivery bike. To get the rare green Fooligans Livery on your MTL Brigade, you have to customize the Jackal racing Livery on your delivery bike.
You have to be in a full public session if you want to do it completely solo. Open the pause menu and search for players that are currently joining a job and you want to join them. If you find them, then there must be an option to Join the Game. You have to tap on it and then wait around 15 to 20 minutes until the job ends.
You have to accept the alert after 15 to 20 minutes and the “unable to join message” will pop up. You need to accept it and then you’ll be teleported inside the freak shop. The acid lab or the MTL Brigade will be invisible now, you have to talk to Mutt and perform one mining customization on your acid lab. After that, save it, then exit the freak shop and go inside it again. All the merch from the bike will be transferred to your asset lab and the rare vehicle Livery will also be unlocked.
