Maximum Damage + All-in-One Netrunner Build Guide – Cyberpunk 2077

What happens when you combine the maximum damage build with the best net runner build? You’ll become simply unstoppable. In this Cyberpunk 2077 guide, you will find how to craft a form that combines short-circuiting and massive amounts of damage. It also boasts of being the best Stealth build with quick hacks and, coincidentally, the best Reflex build. Without further ado, let’s dive in.

The Build

Weapons

The first weapon in this build is the Problem Solver, an iconic variant of the M221 Saratoga Submachine gun. It can be acquired by completing the ‘Riders on the Storm’ mission, where the Wraith’s boss hunter drops the weapon. It has the highest fire rate(15.5/sec) of any weapon in the game. It means it shoots approximately 15 bullets per second and has a base DPS of 964. The epic Handyman scope is used for this weapon. The scope displays ammo on the screen, and this helps players judge the perfect time to reload the 85-bullets magazine. The iconic RC-7 Aswang muzzle is equipped to maximize damage by 17%. The legendary variant of this muzzle increases the damage by 25%. Since this weapon has a heavy recoil, you can equip the epic Countermass mod to eliminate horizontal gun recoil. A Crunch mod will be used for the second mod slot, increasing the damage by 5%.

The Problem Solver, solves most of your combat problems

The next impressive weapon is the legendary Prototype: Shingen Mark V. It’s an iconic variant of the Arasaka TKI-20 Shingen sub-machinegun. It can be acquired from the Araska Industrial Park in a trailer marked 667. It has a base DPS of 1122. It’s an intelligent weapon paired with the Smart Link cyberware; It can home upto three targets with self-guided mini-projectiles. Four Crunch mods are equipped to maximize the damage for the four mod slots.

The third weapon used in this fantastic build is the Legendary Ajax assault rifle that can be purchased from Marty Jenklow in the Biotechnica Flats. It has a base DPS of 779. Equipping it with an MK Clearvue scope and an XC-10 Alecto silencer transforms it into a deadly sniper rifle. Four Crunch mods are also provided, maximizing its damage by 20%. Using it as a long-ranged weapon, it deals the most damage compared with all the other assault rifles and SMGs in the game.

The Prototype Shingen Mark V is hidden in a trailer marked 667 in Araska Industrial Park

For the headgear, a legendary Shock-absorbent Bandana is equipped. This headgear reduces Quickhack cooldown by 15%. The other closing items are supplied with rare Armadillo mods, strengthening your armor. Polarized Rocker Aviators are equipped for eyewear, increasing critical chance by 4%. The trousers are the legendary Reinforced Bio-Cotton Corporate Slacks which grant players immunity from shocks. This is handy as the Super Insulator perk can’t be unlocked because Technical Ability is limited to 12. The remaining clothing will be equipped with rare Armadillo mods.

Cyberware

The most fundamental aspect of crafting any build are the cyberwares being used. Since it is a Netrunner and Maximum damage hybrid build, implants are slotted according to the needs and demands of the build.

Frontal Cortex

An alternative to Heal-on-kill, Memory Boost gives back essential RAM for more damage

The rare Memory Boost implant will be equipped in the first slot. This critical cyberware gives three cyberdeck Ram Units upon defeating an enemy. These are essential for your Quickhacks, and the Netrunner build. The legendary Limbic System Enhancement implant increases your critical chance by 7%. For the last and third slot, the legendary Visual Cortex Support cyberware increases critical damage by an incredible 30%. The previous two cyberwares are unlocked at Intelligence Level 16.

Ocular System

The epic Kiroshi Optics MK.3 is used for the build’s visual system. It enhances your vision and accuracy. For the three mod slots, Trajectory Analyzers are stacked. Each increases the headshot bonus damage by 25%.

Circulatory System

Microgenerator, Feedback Circuit, and Bioconductor are essential to this hybrid build

The epic Microgenerator is equipped in the first slot. This defensive implant releases an electroshock that deals damage equal to 40% of the enemy’s max health whenever your health falls to 15%. The second slot is fitted with the epic Feedback Circuit. After discharging a fully charged weapon, this implant restores 6% of your health. The last space is armed with Biomonitor. This implant instantly restores health to 30% when it falls to 15%.

Immune System

The legendary Pain Editor is equipped in the first slot. It reduces all incoming damage by 10%. The second slot is armed with the Metabolic editor. This implant grants immunity from poison and regenerates health every time poison is applied.

Nervous system

Learn Kerenzikov to slow down time and strike critical hits

The legendary Kerenzikov is armed in the first slot. An alternative to Sandevistan, this implant slows down time, allowing players more chances of getting critical hits. To activate Kerenzikov, hold down the aim button, move in either the left or right direction, and double-tap the dodge button. Kerenzikov lasts for 4 seconds generally, but the second slot is equipped with epic Nanorelays. This implant increases the Kerenzikov effects by 2 seconds, giving the build 6 seconds of Kerenzikov.

Integumentary System

The Legendary Subdermal Armour is equipped in the first slot. It increases the armor by 300 points. The legendary Optical Camo is used for the second slot, granting users 15 seconds of invisibility. The last slot has the epic Heat Converter equipped. This cyberware adds 10% more damage to your attacks when the burn is applied to you, granting you fire immunity and added damage to your attacks.

Operating System

The best of the best in cyberdecks, Tetratronic Rippler MK.4 is the backbone of this build

The foundation of any build is its operating system. The legendary Tetratronic Rippler MK.4 cyberdeck is used for this hybrid build. This impressive cyberdeck has a base RAM of 10, a buffer size of 8, and allows the installation of 6 Quickhacks. It will enable you to perform Quickhacks on devices and targets while scanning. It reduces the RAM cost of Ultimate Quickhacks by three, Quickhack upload time by 75%, and Quickhack cooldown by 45%.

For the selection of the Quickhacks, the legendary Short Circuit is crucial to your build. This devastating Quickhack overloads an enemy’s microcircuits, producing an electrical current of over 2 million volts. Very useful against robots, mechs, and drones. The passive effect of this Quickhack allows you to apply critical hits with other weapons to a much more significant impact. The legendary System Reset is the second Quickhack in our cyberdeck. This shuts off the enemy’s consciousness without making a noise. It also reduces the RAM cost of future Quickhacks passively.

The Suicide Quickhack is an eerily effective attack, making your enemies shoot themselves

The third Quickhack is the Detonate Grenade which causes an enemy to detonate a grenade in their hand. The legendary Suicide Quickhack causes the enemy target to commit Suicide, usually by shooting themselves in the head. The legendary Cyberpsychosis Quickhack causes the enemy to attack other enemies and sets the status of drones, robots, and turrets to friendly, attacking your enemies. If no other enemy is left, the target will commit Suicide. Equip other legendary Quickhacks on this cyberdeck to get the most out of this build.

Skeleton

The regular Synaptic Signal Optimizer will be equipped in the first slot. It increases health by 20%. The legendary Microrotors will be fitted in the second slot. This implant increases your build’s attack speed by 25%.

Hands

Smart Link works with Smart Weapons such as the Prototype Shingen Mark V

The legendary Smart Link is the obvious choice for this slot. This implant lets you use the smart-targeting system on intelligent weapons such as the Shingen Mark V. It increases the chance for smart bullets to hit targets by 15%. Additionally, it also increases the critical damage by 20%.

Arms

The Monowire is a lethal melee weapon, effective when dealing with crowds

The legendary Monowire will be equipped in our Arms slot. This will also be your primary melee weapon, with a base DPS of a whopping 2747. The Monowire charges when equipped but not used. It strikes enemies with charged attacks. Charge & damage levels decline with subsequent strikes. The rare Electrical Damage mod is essential in combat, giving out Shock and Electrical damage. It is effective for dealing with fast-moving targets and groups of enemies. The epic High Capacity Monowire Battery is equipped for the second mod slot. It increases the charge damage by 50%. The last space is armed with the rare Sensory Amplifier. This handy mod increases critical damage by 20%. This makes the Monowire a highly lethal and powerful weapon against enemies.

Legs

The rare Reinforced Tendons are the preferred choice for the Legs slot. It allows you to execute a double jump by pressing the jump button in mid-air.

Skills

The Skill distribution is crucial for the smooth functioning of any build. This all-in-one build attempts to balance all the aspects of the build, but given we’re limited to Technical Ability Level 12, it lets us use the extra skill points in the Cool Skill Tree. The updated skill distribution is as follows: Reflexes 20, Technical Ability 12, Body 3, Intelligence 16, and Cool 20.

The preferred Skill distribution for this fantastic hybrid build

Intelligence

In the Breach Protocol section of the Intelligence skill tree, only the Datamine Virtuoso perk is required. This perk upgrades the Datamine daemon. This allows players to get Quickhacks from Access Points throughout the world. This is important as Legendary Quickhacks are unlocked after Intelligence Level 20, allowing you to stay on Level 16 and acquire them.

In the Quickhacking section, which improves proficiency with Quickhacks, The Bloodware perk is required. It enhances the damage dealt by Quickhacks by 30%. The Biosynergy perk allows RAM to recover during combat, recovering 12 RAM units every 60 seconds. The Critical Error perk gives your Quickhacks a chance to strike critical hits according to your critical damage and critical chance stats, which amounts to 300%. The Subliminal Message perk upgrades the Quickhacks to deal 100% more damage if the target is unaware.

Perks greatly enhance the attributes of any build

The Forget-Me-Not perk gives back one RAM when Quickhacks defeat an enemy. With the Memory Boost cyberware, the build gets 4 RAM units back for every enemy killed using Quickhacks. The Daisy Chain perk reduces all Quickhack cooldowns by 50% upon defeating an enemy affected by a Quickhack. This fantastic perk ensures that our essential Quickhacks are almost always available. Lastly, the Mnemonic perk reduces the cost of Quickhack used against an enemy already affected by a Quickhack by 2 RAM units.

Cool

In the Ninjutsu section of the Cool skill tree, the Assassin perk is required. It increases the damage dealt to human targets by 15%. The Silent and Deadly perk will increase the damage dealt by silencer weapons by 25% when sneaking. The Sniper perk increases headshot damage by 20% outside of combat.

In the Cold Blood section of the Cool skill tree, the Merciless perk will be upgraded to Level 65, as this is the sweet spot where critical chance and critical damage reach 100% & 300%, respectively. The Cold Blood perk is essential to this build. The Easy Way Out perk gives our ranged weapon 20% more damage when used within 5 meters of an enemy. The Frosty Snapses perk reduces Quickhack cooldown by 5% per Cold Blood stack.

Merciless Level 65; The sweet spot for maximum critical chance and damage

The Coolagulant perk allows Cold Blood stacks to reduce one by one instead of simultaneously going away. The Cold and Calculating perk allows players a 60% chance to add another stack of Cold Blood upon delivering a critical hit. The Critical Condition perk increases the duration of Cold Blood by 50%. Lastly, adding two more, the Coldest Blood perk upgrades the Cold Blood stacks.

Technical Ability

Only two perks are required in the Crafting section of the Technical Ability skill tree. The True Craftsman perk allows the players to craft rare items. Additionally, the Grease Monkey perk will enable you to prepare epic items. Players looking for an additional perk should opt for the Field Technician perk. This increases the damage by crafted weapons by 5%.

Reflexes

In the Assault section, the Bullseye perk increases damage by 10% while aiming using Assault rifles and SMGs. Similarly, the Bulletjock perk increases 10% damage using assault rifles and SMGs. The Savage Stoic perk is significant to this build as it increases damage by an incredible 35% while standing still. The Executioner perk gives 25% more damage to enemies whose health is above 50%.

The Savage Stoic perk greatly enhances the damage from Assault Rifles

The Long Shot perk increases the damage proportionally to the distance between the enemy and you. The farther away you shoot, the more damage is inflicted on the enemy. Lastly, using rifles and SMGs, the Punisher Perk reduces any weapon sway or spread for 10 seconds after defeating an enemy. This perk is essential for the Problem Solver, which tends to have a heavy recoil and sway.

Body

Only two perks are required in the Athletics section of the Body skill tree. The Pack Mule perk allows players to increase their carrying capacity by 60, and the Regeneration perk allows health to replenish slowly during combat.

That’s all from this comprehensive guide. Following the instructions above will lead you to craft a deadly and modern hybrid build containing the best of both worlds. With your Netrunner skills and maximum critical damage & chance, opponents will be lucky to survive the initial strike from your weapon.
