The Build
Weapons
The first weapon in this build is the Problem Solver, an iconic variant of the M221 Saratoga Submachine gun. It can be acquired by completing the ‘Riders on the Storm’ mission, where the Wraith’s boss hunter drops the weapon. It has the highest fire rate(15.5/sec) of any weapon in the game. It means it shoots approximately 15 bullets per second and has a base DPS of 964. The epic Handyman scope is used for this weapon. The scope displays ammo on the screen, and this helps players judge the perfect time to reload the 85-bullets magazine. The iconic RC-7 Aswang muzzle is equipped to maximize damage by 17%. The legendary variant of this muzzle increases the damage by 25%. Since this weapon has a heavy recoil, you can equip the epic Countermass mod to eliminate horizontal gun recoil. A Crunch mod will be used for the second mod slot, increasing the damage by 5%.

It reduces the RAM cost of Ultimate Quickhacks by three, Quickhack upload time by 75%, and Quickhack cooldown by 45%.
For the selection of the Quickhacks, the legendary Short Circuit is crucial to your build. This devastating Quickhack overloads an enemy’s microcircuits, producing an electrical current of over 2 million volts. Very useful against robots, mechs, and drones. The passive effect of this Quickhack allows you to apply critical hits with other weapons to a much more significant impact. The legendary System Reset is the second Quickhack in our cyberdeck. This shuts off the enemy’s consciousness without making a noise. It also reduces the RAM cost of future Quickhacks passively.
The third Quickhack is the Detonate Grenade which causes an enemy to detonate a grenade in their hand. The legendary Suicide Quickhack causes the enemy target to commit Suicide, usually by shooting themselves in the head. The legendary Cyberpsychosis Quickhack causes the enemy to attack other enemies and sets the status of drones, robots, and turrets to friendly, attacking your enemies. Skeleton
The regular Synaptic Signal Optimizer will be equipped in the first slot. It increases health by 20%. The legendary Microrotors will be fitted in the second slot. This implant increases your build’s attack speed by 25%.

Intelligence
In the Breach Protocol section of the Intelligence skill tree, only the Datamine Virtuoso perk is required. This perk upgrades the Datamine daemon. This allows players to get Quickhacks from Access Points throughout the world.
