Mold Lot Challenge
You can enable the mold lot challenge from the Traits and Challenges panel in the Build mode. After that, if the trash begins overflowing and there are any puddles on the ground, then mold piles will spawn.
You can clean mold by scrubbing it away. The Mold-B-Gone bomb costs 750 Simoleons, you can deploy it to remove all mold in a large area.
It will also give you a small happy moodlet and remove the mold-associated moodlets from your sim. You can also remove the mold with fire.
Mold Types And Death
There are two different types of molds; toxic mold and allergenic mold. The allergenic mold gives a dazed moodlet to the nearby sims. The toxic mold grows a green cluster of mushrooms and your sim develops moldinitis and a dazed moodlet if they spend some time near it.
If they spend too much time near it, their skin will be infested by mold. You can reduce the duration of this moodlet by using a shower or by going from the mold.
Mold Ghost Powers
If your sim dies from the infection, then they’ll gain quite a few unique powers as a ghost. They will have a hunched floating animation, and there will be a mushroom floating around their chest that lets out a green aura and spores.
They’ll have heaps of additional Powers but keep in mind that ghosts need sleep too to restore their energy. The ghosts can spoil food and you can embrace the life of food poisoning.
The ghost can create a fungal overgrowth on grassy terrain to spawn a mushroom plant. After that, they can blow fertilizing spores on plants to instantly increase their quality. You can also spread mold to create an allergenic mold pile nearby and
