Nioh 2 is an action game with a single-player mode. Travel through Japan during the Sengoku period and fight hordes of yokai as a masocore hero. You can create your protagonist, but first, you must embark on an adventure through a myriad of locations. Create an original character and journey through devastated Japan during the Sengoku period.
Nioh 2 includes both an auto-save system, which automatically saves the game, and a manual save option that lets players save their game at any time. This dual save system provides flexibility for players to preserve their progress according to their preferences.
Auto-Save system
To auto-save the game, you will need to start praying at a shrine. It will automatically record your progress. The Nioh 2 auto-save will also save your game when you start or complete a mission.
How to save the game manually?
Follow the instructions below to record your progress manually:
Open the main map screen and you will find all your available missions, and different options. There will also be an option to manually save your game by pressing the Triangle button. So simply press the Triangle button to quickly save the game.
