Oldowan Co-Op: How To Play Multiplayer

Broussard Boi created the adventure game Oldowan. The game is based on true events and focuses on the Oldowan industry, which is a prehistoric stone tool archaeological enterprise. You will utilize rudimentary tools like choppers and scrapers to survive and construct your way through the game as you embark on your survival adventure. Feel the rush of striking stone cores with hammerstones and making sharp flakes, as early people did thousands of years ago.

Host Online

You need to follow the steps below to host an online session of Oldowan. 

1. Select Create Lobby: 

You need to create a new game session by selecting “Create Lobby” in the game menu. 

1. Invite Friends: 

You can send an invitation to your friends to join the lobby.

1. Select CHARACTER: 

After that, create a new character or select one from the available options. 

1. Enter CHARACTER NAME and then SAVE CHARACTER: 

Give your character a name, and then save it.

1. Select WORLD: 

Create a new world or select a world from the available options.

1. Enter WORLD NAME and then SAVE WORLD: 

You need to enter a name for your world and then save it.

1. Select PLAY: 

Finally, tap on the “PLAY” button to start the game.

Join Online

If you want to join an online session of Oldowan, follow the steps below. 

1. Receive Steam Invite: 

The game host will need to send you a Steam invite to join the game.

1. Accept the Invite: 

You have to click on the invite to accept it.

1. Launch Oldowan: 

After that, go to your Steam library and launch Oldowan. 

1. Select “Join Game”: 

Tap on “Join Game” in the game menu.

1. Select the Game Session: 

Choose the game session that your friend is hosting.

1. Enter the Password (if required): 

You must enter the password if your friend has set a password for the game session.

1. Select JOIN: 

Then hit the “JOIN” button to join the game.
