Description
Destroy All Humans! is an open world action-adventure video game developed by Black Forest Games. The game is the remake of the 2005 game “Destroy All Humans!” and is the fifth main installment in the Destroy All Humans! Franchise.
The game is set in the 1950s and features an alien named Crypto-137 as the playable character in the game. When the U.S. Army captures Cryptosporidium-136, Crypto-137 travels to earth along with another Furon named Orthopox-13 in order to rescue Crypto-136. Additionally, they also want to collect human DNA Samples because they think humans contain pure Furon DNA. This DNA was handed to them when Furons stopped on Earth for shore leave after a war with Mars.
As the two are navigating the earth, Cypto decimates an army brigade passing nearby. This ends up alerting the majestic agency to their presence who sets out to destroy them. After several missions in Rockwell and Santa Modesta, Crypto and Pox come to know about the majestic agency and counter their efforts by destroying Area 42 with an atomic bomb and defeating the head of army, Armquist.
When Crypto assassinates President Huffman and kills all congress members, the U.S. government surrenders and Silhouette, the leader of the majestic agency, decides to meet with Crypto. After an intense battle, Crypto ends up defeating Silhouette.
Played from a third-person perspective, the game features a huge arsenal of alien weapons including the Anal Probe and the Zap-O-Matic. The game also gives Crypto superhuman skills including the ability to disguise himself as a human being and various other psychokinetic powers. He also has access to a flying saucer which is equipped with a death ray in order to kill enemies. The game features a unique mode called Focus mode that allows you to lock target on your enemies. In combat, the game lets you chain together different actions like shooting and levitating enemies at the same time. All of this action takes place in six different sandbox locations, each offering different challenges and a unique experience.
